Hello there, I’m Alison, but you can call me Aly. I’ve been enjoying the serene life here in beautiful Devon for a few years now, and I’d love to share a little about my journey with you.

You see, I’ve always had a passion for art, which began when I was in school. However, life took me in a different direction, and I never pursued it further. It wasn’t until 2018 when I lost my beloved cocker spaniel that something magical happened.

In an attempt to immortalise my furry companion in a portrait, I dusted off my artistic skills, which had been dormant for far too long. To my surprise, I was completely captivated by the process. That one portrait reignited my creative spark.

Soon, friends and family began to notice my newfound talent and started asking me to create portraits of their cherished pets. And you know what they say, the rest is history.
